1. Please send the product back in its original packaging.
2. Place a copy of your original sales receipt, or original packing slip inside of the package.
3. Please place the RMA number you are given on the outside of the box. Please make sure your name and the RMA number are clearly visible on the box.
4. BBB is not responsible for returns lost while in transit. Tracking numbers are available through UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Please use delivery confirmation when shipping packages through the United States Postal Service.
5. RMA numbers expire after 30 days, so please use expediency when shipping back your defective product.
You should receive your replacement within a week. If for some reason your item is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified by the customer service department.
