SHIPPING POLICY

• Contingent upon product availability, orders placed before 2:00 pm PST are processed and shipped on the SAME DAY Monday through Friday. Products ship primarily from California.

• So that you receive the available items as soon as possible, orders for multiple items may be shipped in separate shipments - if part of the order is not immediately available in our stock. We do not charge for extra shipping cost incurred with this practice.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• USPS Standard Delivery – Usually takes less than one week, but in some rural areas may take up to ten days.

• USPS Priority – This delivery method takes two to three days to anywhere in the continental United States.

• USPS Express – This delivery method takes one to two days to anywhere in the continental United States.

SHIPPING NOTES

• Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not included when calculating shipping times.

• We do ship to APO and FPO addresses for our military, all packages are shipped via USPS.

• As a service to our customers, we offer a “risk free” 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, we will replace the product or give you a full refund on the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We are unable to notify you when a credit is issued to your account, so please be diligent in checking your statements to insure the credit was processed correctly.

ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY

• All of our products carry a full one year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Defective products must be returned according to the RMA procedure below.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

• Call Customer Service at 714.593.0839 or email support@bargainbasementbatteries.com to obtain your RMA number. Once you obtain this number we ask that you follow the following practices when returning the product to our warehouse:

• Please send the product back in its original packaging. If the original packaging cannot be found please place the part in a secure package as to avoid damage while in transit.

• Place a copy of your original sales receipt, or original packing slip inside of the package.

• Please place the RMA number you are given on the outside of the box. Please make sure your name and the RMA number are clearly visible on the box.

• BargainBasementBatteries.com is not responsible for returns lost while in transit. Tracking numbers are available through USPS. Please use delivery confirmation when shipping packages through the United States Postal Service.

• RMA numbers expire after 30 days, so please use expediency when shipping back your defective product.

• You should receive your replacement within a week. If for some reason your item is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified by the customer service department.
