60-day money back guarantee:

As a service to our customers, we offer a “risk free” 60-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, we will replace the product or give you a full refund on the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will not accept packages that arrive postage due on returns. If we do get a package that is postage due, we will charge your account for the postage.

We are unable to notify you when a credit is issued to your account, so please be diligent in checking your statements to insure the credit was processed correctly.

One Year Limited Warranty:

All of our products carry a full one year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Defective products must be returned according to the RMA procedure below.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure:

Please call (714) 842-4424 or email info@BargainBasementBatteries.com to obtain an RMA number. Once you obtain this number we ask that you follow the following practices when returning the product to our warehouse:

1. Please send the product back in its original packaging.
2. Place a copy of your original sales receipt, or original packing slip inside of the package.
3. Please place the RMA number you are given on the outside of the box. Please make sure your name and the RMA number are clearly visible on the box.
4. BBB is not responsible for returns lost while in transit. Tracking numbers are available through UPS and Fed Ex. Please use delivery confirmation when shipping packages through the United States Postal Service.
5. RMA numbers expire after 30 days, so please use expediency when shipping back your defective product.

Do not alter the product in any way or your warranty is void. You should receive your replacement within a week. If for some reason your item is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified by the customer service department.

Shipping Policy

Contingent upon product availability, orders placed before 3:00 pm PST are processed and shipped on the SAME DAY Monday through Friday. Products ship primarily from California.

So that you receive the available items as soon as possible, orders for multiple items may be shipped in separate shipments - if part of the order is not immediately available in our stock. We do not charge for extra shipping cost incurred with this practice.
